Professional experience
I have been working as a user interface designer and information architect since 2003. I have been involved in many successful projects from start to finish in a large range of sectors and brands such as eBay, PayPal, T-Mobile, Dubai Holding, Royal Mail, Unilever, Sainsbury's.
I have a strong understanding of usability and can help companies to prioritise the user experience in order to deliver successful products. I am able to follow development cycle, from the strategic planning stage through to prototype generation and usability testing. I have experience of carrying out heuristic usability evaluations in order to improve existing designs and ensure that best practices are applied. I have done this for many clients including eBay/PayPal, T-Mobile, Post Office, RAC, SAGIA, Unilever.
My multi-disciplinary approach enables me to easily consider a wide range of professional needs and to foresee potential risks early, as well as take into account the broader context.
I have been a part of many different and diverse teams which I've always enjoyed. Having positive relationships with colleagues is a priority for me. I am very reliable and precise and have been running many successful client presentations.
